Job Description
- Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities with new customers for market expansion
- Drive revenue for Neuropower by seeking partnerships with various parties
- Implement compelling sales strategies and consultative approach to achieve allocated sales targets and objectives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing desirable and feasible initiatives
- Develop best practices in client interaction, sales and after sales support for each customer
- Develop persuasive and convincing sales presentations professionally using market trends, case studies and etc.
- Ensure good relationship with customers, advise them of company products, price movements and other developments
- Provide the highest level of sales, customer service and support to each customer
- Provide comprehensive product information to existing and potential customers
- Highly responsive to customers via emails, WhatsApp, WeChat, walk-ins, telephone or any communication tools with regards to product-related enquiries and product features
- Recognize customer problems and resolve them to customer’s satisfaction directly or through transfer to respective departments for proper resolutions
- Prepare customized solution proposals and presentation kits to each customer in a professional and strategic manner.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or any other equivalent field.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Well verse in other languages is an added advantage
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field or sales is required for this position. Entry level is welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to travel within Klang Valley & outstation
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving or even exceeding sales goals
- Ability to adapt and perform well in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment
